Questions and Answers

Q: How do I log into DairyBase?

A: From the DairyBase website, access the DairyBase login page via the "Client Login" link on the left side of the screen.  On the DairyBase login page you can enter your username and password and click on the “log in” box.

Q: How do I re-set my password?

A: From the DairyBase website, enter your username in the Client Login field and click on the “log in’ box next to “forgot my password”.

An e-mail will be sent to the address we have recorded on DairyBase.  Click on the link in the e-mail, re-enter your username in the Client Login field and click on the “log in’ box next to “forgot my password”.

The second e-mail you receive will have your new password.  Note:  It is better to copy and paste the new password into the login field as letters can often look like numbers and vice versa.

A: Check if your financial/physical data is committed. There may not be enough farms available yet to provide a benchmark (minimum of 20 is required).

Q: I am a farm manager/worker. Can I register for DairyBase?

A: No. DairyBase is designed for use by levy paying dairy farmers.

Q: Why do I need to complete the farm physical questionnaire every year?

A: Many aspects of your farming business may remain the same (i.e. land owned/farmed, % of milk cheque you receive), however the inputs (i.e. cows, labour, feed) and the outputs (i.e. milk solids) do change.
