Under the Privacy Act of 1993, DairyBase and its accredited agents are obliged to maintain the privacy and confidentiality of personal information of clients. Clients have access to their own personal information only. Accredited agents only have access to the information of their own clients, and aggregate information. We may disclose the information collected in the database to third parties in an aggregate form only, for example, as part of a Benchmark report.
The information collected is based solely on New Zealand circumstances and conditions. The use of information outside New Zealand is expressly prohibited without the consent of DairyBase.
